CARLO’S BAKERY- Part of my itinerary is to visit the very famous tv show on TLC no other than the cake boss his name is Bartolo Valastro and he is the Cake Boss. “Buddy” as everybody call him has a family business in The United States, Carlo’s Bakery, where a lot of delicious pastries, desserts and cakes are made. He comes from an Italian American family, so he has the best mix of both gastronomy and culture.
The TV show Cake Boss is very fun to me. We can see him and the Valastro family working hard, having fun and mainly, delivering amazing cakes around the USA. Nowadays, Buddy is a big celebrity.
His main shop is located in Hoboken, New Jersey. Carlo’s Bake Shop has become a tourist attraction in that beautiful town, with large lines to enter the bakery. I tried some of their delicious cakes and meet part of the crew, but sadly Buddy and Mauro, his right hand man was not there.
